I've received several messages from my clients inquiring about this text they received.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention so I could find out what it was about. Rebecca is a colleague of mine, and recently, she switched from one electronic charting system to another. During the transfer of her client records, the old system she used inadvertently sent her ALL the client charts under our management company. They realized the issue quickly, and she has been deleting records of those who are NOT her clients. It's been a tedious task. In the meantime, a Summer Special text blast was sent out to her clients announcing the Jeuveau $80 off for our clients. Some of my clients received that text. However, Rebecca had the text also say if you are not a client of hers to reach out to your Injector for the summer savings.

I assure you, the text wasn't sent out to confuse anyone. I apologize for any confusion it may have caused. Rebecca is who I refer my clients to for PDO threads, as I don't offer them.
So I can wholeheartedly verify there was no 'client poaching' going on as someone had asked me. Not with Rebecca, and not within RefineRx. We're all too ethical for that nonsense. 😘
