We are thrilled to have Denton returning as a Summer Intern this year! A Mooresville High School graduate and continuing student at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Denton is advancing his degree in Construction Management and diving deeper into the many paths this industry offers.

When he’s not on-site or hitting the books, you can find him listening to rock and metal music, playing guitar, or competing on the PFW track and field team.

At BW, we're always looking for ways to leverage the latest technology to better serve our clients. We also like to use it to make the work day a little more entertaining too.

AI has become a useful tool not just for productivity, but for injecting some humor into our day to day. We work hard, but we make sure to have fun along the way.

After wrapping up his first year studying Construction Management at Purdue University, He joins us with an academic honors diploma and a strong history of community service.

Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball, and spending time with his Boston Terrier, Ace.

This week also marks another exciting milestone for Ryan and his family as they welcomed their first child. Congratulations, Ryan, on one great year with Build BW and an even greater new chapter at home!

The new Hancock County Jail in Greenfield was designed with the future in mind.

Build BW worked closely with Hancock County Sheriff's Office, county commissioners, and project stakeholders to deliver a 110,000-square-foot correctional facility built to support projected growth over the next two decades.

The two-story facility includes intake and booking areas, evidence storage, maintenance spaces, administrative offices, and fully functional kitchen and laundry operations to support modern correctional needs.

Meet Preston, the newest intern at Build BW!

Preston graduated from Central Catholic Jr./Sr. High School and is currently studying Construction Management at Ball State University. He previously worked as an Assistant Superintendent intern with Arbor Homes, so he’s already got experience keeping projects moving.

Outside of work, Preston enjoys golfing, spontaneous trips, and surviving life as the middle child in a family of seven.

Progress is taking shape at Sagebriar and Finch Creek by Del Webb Indianapolis.

Build BW is proud to be leading construction on the clubhouses, outdoor kitchen and lounge porches, as well as the resort-style pool spaces. These projects are designed to bring people together and create spaces centered around connection, recreation, and community.

With planned openings this summer, the finish line is getting close and the buildings are looking great!

One year with Matt Main, and somehow the projects are smoother, the schedules are tighter, and there’s a suspicious increase in wildlife knowledge around the office.

After three decades in the industry, there’s not much Matt hasn’t built, managed, improved, or stumbled across somewhere in the wilderness. Whether he’s leading projects or keeping up with eight kids, a rescue pitbull, two cats, and a backyard full of birds, he somehow makes it all look easy.

Happy anniversary to one of the most experienced and interesting members of our team.
