Today we celebrated our last lunch with our summer interns, Zander, Preston, Denton, David, and Ben. This group was able to gain hands-on experience in the field, learn from our team, and see what it takes to bring a project from plans to reality.

Thank you for showing up ready to learn, ask questions, and be part of the team. We’re grateful for the work you put in and the perspective you brought to BW. Good luck with the next chapter. We’ll be cheering you on!

Another milestone for the Koteewi Archery Range expansion project!

The beam signing this morning at Strawtown Koteewi Park and The Taylor Center of Natural History alongside Hamilton County Parks and Recreation was a great opportunity to recognize the people and partnerships helping bring this project to life. We just beat the rain!

Project Highlight: Sagebriar by Del Webb Clubhouse

Build BW proudly constructed the 15,000-square-foot clubhouse at Sagebriar by Del Webb in Greenwood, Indiana. Serving as the centerpiece of this active adult community, the clubhouse was designed to support connection, wellness, and everyday living.

The completed facility features spaces for fitness, recreation, and community gatherings, providing residents with a central destination to stay active, build relationships, and enjoy everything Sagebriar has to offer.

BW completed the build out of the 7,557-SF buildout for Northwest Bank at Fishers Ellipse, creating a modern office space designed to support their growing presence in Indiana. The space features 21 private offices, a lobby, conference room, and employee support areas, with future plans to transition into a retail banking location.
