It's Saturday, which means ball season for the boss, but we've got flooring starting in our big kitchen project Monday, so a couple of the boys pitched in to go prep for that while I got us ready at the softball fields.

🚨 BIG FREEZE = BIG RISK 🚨

With this snowstorm bringing dangerously cold temps, frozen pipes are on the most common (and costly 💰) winter problems we see.

👉 Before the temps drop:
• Find your main water shut-off valve and make sure it turns
• Open cabinet doors under sinks
• Let faucets on exterior walls drip slightly
• Dissconnect hoses and cover spigots

💡 If a pipe freezes or bursts:
Shutting off water FAST can save thousands in damage.
