It is important to know that there are many variations of heart disease, but the most common is Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). CAD occurs when plaque builds up on the arteries of the heart. This build up causes the arteries to narrow which limits blood flow. Ultimately, resulting in a heart attack. With U.S. cancer diagnoses on the rise, screening is essential to finding the disease early—even before symptoms appear—so that treatment options are better. We encourage all who meet appropriate guidelines to consider two basic screenings that can help maintain your health.

1) Screening Mammography (generally women aged 40 and older)
2) Lung Screening LDCT (generally smokers or former smokers and/or others with specific risk factors.)
