Long stretch!! 🙌🙌 The long stretch is pretty much a moving plank exercise. It helps strengthen the core, shoulders, chest and arms. It promotes a long, neutral spine forcing the body to work as one connected system. The lighter the spring, the harder it is to control and the more you’ll feel it in the core. 🔥🔥😁
