We have been buying Highmark beef from the start because of the quality and convenience they provide. The packaging makes it easy to plan and prepare a meal with meat as the center. Also being able to buy the perfect amount we need from local markets or direct from HM makes it easy. Our favorite cuts are short ribs (tablitas), pichana, and the ribeyes. We made 50 pre formed burgers at a party and they were a hit, they cooked perfectly!
