Here is the menu for the week's plate lunches and the amazing casseroles we cooked up last week. Lunch is available each day both carryout and dine-in for only $9. Lunches are ordered by calling 256-355-7275 before 10AM. Cash or check only, please. Casseroles may be picked up Tuesday through Friday from 8am until 2pm. Large sizes (4-8oz servings) are $16 and small sizes (2-8oz servings) are $8. Make the first week of school easy on yourself by calling 256-355-7275.

Beginner class for Tai Chi starts Tuesday, July 21 at 12:00 at the Decatur Alabama Senior Activity Center located at 221 Memorial Drive, SW. The cost is $3 (CASH ONLY) and the class will last 30 to 45 minutes. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that is comfortable enough to move around in.
