We created the Ranch Run to bring ranch life, fitness, and running together! 🤠

It started three years ago when HYROX was becoming more popular—but I didn’t love all that running. 😂 So, we shortened the run and made the fitness stations a little more…ranchy.

It has become one of our favorite events, and we love that everyone looks forward to it each year! What fun ranch-style obstacles should we add next year? 👇🐮🏃‍♀️

Happy birthday Laramie! 🎉

You’re a bad to the bone athlete and we hope this year is a season of great things for you in AND out of the gym! 🔥

Just remember, another birthday is just another year of opportunities to meet your goals, level up, and count your blessings! 🎂🙏🏼

We’re lucky to celebrate with you and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you on your next trip around the sun! ☀️

🎉 AUGUST COMMITTED CLUB + SEPTEMBER BIRTHDAYS!🎉

Shoutout to our August Committed Club athletes who made it to class 16+ times last month! 💪🔥 Consistency matters, and we love celebrating those who continue to show up and put in the work!

A BIG thank you to Luke with Horton Tree Service for sponsoring this month’s Committed Club! 🌳 Luke has helped us out around the ranch and gym with landscaping and tree needs more times than we can count. He’s hardworking, dependable, and just an all-around good dude. If you need some tree work done, be sure to give him a shout!

🎂 And HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all of our September birthdays! We hope your month is full of PRs, good workouts, and maybe a few birthday burpees. 😜

Congrats, crew! Keep showing up! 👏

Today we celebrate Cat’s 3 year gym-iversary!✨

If you know Cat, you know at least 2 things:

1️⃣ There’s coffee in her cup without a doubt. We’re not even sure she knows what water is. 💦
2️⃣ She’ll get there when she gets there. She knows she’s gonna be late. We know she’s gonna be late. At this point it’s just part of her charm ⏰🤪

She may be on her own clock, but we can always count on her to come in with a smile on her face and an awesome attitude! 😁

Thanks for making Saddle Up such a fun environment for the last 3 years, Cat! We can’t wait to spend the next 3 with you!

Saddle Up Scripture Sunday

"He gives power to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will rewew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40:29-31

There are seasons when you're simply tired.

Tired from work. Tired from raising kids. Tired from carrying burdens no one else can see. Sometimes you're physically exhausted, and other times your heart is the part that feels worn out.

The good news is that God never asks us to rely on our own strength. In fact, He reminds us that His strength shows up best when ours runs out.

As athletes, we know what it feels like to hit the wall, to think there's nothing left. But faith teaches us something even greater: when we place our hope in the Lord, He provides the strength we don't have.

Notice the promise doesn't say we won't get weary. It says "𝙃𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝."

So if today you're feeling worn down, don't quit. Don't rely on your own power. Spend time with the One who never grows tired.

He will give you exactly what you need for today.

This week, don't just push through...lean into God. His strength will always outlast yours.
