Let's kick off a more pleasant week, shall we? Where the only heat comes from The Firecracker Burger, our Burger of the Week: Chipoltle Ranch, Pepper Jack Cheese and Fried Fresh Jalapeño slices. You know what would counteract that right well? A cold draft Pacifico, which we just so happen to have on tap at the moment. Tangle with Robert around 8 during Imperial Trivia and cool off after with Key Lime or Chocolate Cream Pie. A swell day to visit.

What's that thing in the sky? Wrong answers only. Have a Discounted Margarita on the patio while you contemplate the subject.

Jason has gotten creative, as he is wont to do. Enjoy his Orichiette with Italian Sausage, Granny Smith Apples and other deliciousness with your Half-Priced Bottles of Wine this Wednesday. We'd promise a clear evening, but we're only so powerful.

You know this weather by now. Plenty of gaps to get from the house to the car, the car into the Imperial. When you get inside, we got a Mississippi Comeback Burger for you...Comeback sauce, pepperoncini, cheese, lettuce, pickles and onions. We got Key Lime *and* Chocolate Cream Pies and since it's Taco Tuesday, we got Chicken Fajita Tacos...fajita seasons, peppers, onions, shredded cheese. DJ Blaq Mozart tempts, teases and tickles with his brand of trivia at 8. Can you beat the house team?

We rise to greet you at 11:30 this Memorial Day Monday. Not only are we open for lunch ’cause it’s a holiday Monday, but we take the opportunity to kick off our new opening time. So you don’t have to wait so long for your delightful Imperial lunch! Robert’s Trivia in on offer at 8, same as always.

You're probably wondering about how your Memorial Day Weekend plans jibe with The Imperial's. We're glad you wondered! We're open around the clock. If by around the clock you understand us to mean normal hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 11:30 Monday, Memorial Day itself. And while we're not typically open 'til 4 am, we are legal. You can force the issue with your delightful presence. Test us. We're up for it!

Muggy. What cuts through that? A cold, refreshing, made-with-fresh-juices Margarita. And Tequila. We put tequila in it too. And on Thursdays, we take 2 bucks off the price. Because we worry about you and want you to be happy.

Welcome to Wino Wednesday. Is it enough that every bottle of our fine wines is sold for half the usual rate? It is not. Jason knows. And in response he has whipped up a Red Sauce filled with veggies and slices of Italian Sausage to be entangled with Linguine. Sure. You think you have better things to do. But do you really? We're pretty sure you don't. Come. Enjoy the wine, enjoy the pasta. Enjoy the fellowship.

The Mexican-Seasoned Ground Beef tacos seem popular, so why not again? We say yes. Why not take on the house team in DJ Blaq Mozart's Kinder, Gentler (than Robert's) Trivia....will they place?
