Our Trip to Walmart Market Place today was wonderful and our residents did a lot of shopping! You never know where the Riverside Bus & Residents will end up. Come check us out down by the River!

Oh, what a day!! Our “Pamper Me Pretty” salon day was SO much fun! The stories and “shop-talk” had us all in Side-splitting laughter!

Our week was pretty busy with loads of activities starting with Our Ice Cream Social Meet and Greet where everyone had their share of yummy Ice cream. Our outside activity Water PewPew was so much fun getting wet and cooling off. We also had a special guest to come and play for our resident this young man could really sing everyone enjoyed him. Today’s activity was our monthly Wine and Cheese… The pictures tell the story Here at Riverside we’re always up to something wonderful! I love what I do and I do what I love. We are thrilled to cherish the memories of a truly unforgettable celebration at Riverside, which began with an uplifting Bible study session on Wednesday morning and culminated in a jubilant gathering featuring Ice Cream on Wheels, whose delightful treats sparked boundless joy and laughter. It's such a lovely day that we decided to play outside today. If you've never stepped into a gigantic pair of trousers from which to catch miniature beach balls, have you even lived? Big thanks to the kids group from Decatur Methodist for coming to play with us.

Today was an unforgettable adventure as our Riverside bus and residents embarked on a delightful journey to Julia's Grille Mexican Restaurant in Hartselle, where we savored every moment and the exquisite food was truly wonderful, we cherished our time together, the exceptional service was impressive, we were even treated to a futuristic sight of a robot serving customers, We belted out timeless classics on the way back, joy was palpable today. Our Riverside Spring 2026 Picnic was a resounding success, proving that even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits as we brought the party inside with our vibrant '70’s Love, Peace & Riverside' theme. Residents, families, and friends came together, united in the joy of the moment, and the celebration was unforgettable. Delicious food and the infectious beats of L & B Entertainment's 70’s playlist set the perfect tone. I'm grateful to our dedicated staff, who collaborated with me to make this event truly special. The memories speak for themselves. What fuels my passion is knowing I'm making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families, showing them they deserve love, care, and celebration. Our trusty Riverside Bus is back on the road, and we kicked off the day with a delicious meal at Oh ‘Bryan’s Restaurant in Hartselle, where the outstanding food and service left us feeling inspired.
