We added a couple more fixer uppers to our portfolio recently. This one is a bit unique with the siding above the windows. We're brainstorming how to make it cute again!

We're also looking for more fixer uppers in north Alabama. We're local to Decatur, but will go within 1.5 hour radius.

We bought a house in Priceville today. We're weighing options on whether to seller finance, keep for a rental, or flip. It is all about running the numbers, weighing risks, and making a confident decision. More to come! 😆

Anyone have a house or MFH for sale? we're buying in the north Alabama area!

No huge updates on this cute cottage yet. But a rec when you're planning to invest major money into a project. Try to get at least 3 quotes from contractors and give yourself plenty of time to get those quotes. And if a contractor doesn't give you a quote within a week, don't beg for it...as the song goes, "thank you next"! If they don't communicate didn't the quote process, they likely will not communicate later either.

I've been playing with colors using AI. All of these need some edits to the colors, but I'm getting closer to making up my mind!
