The Callanwolde Concert Band is an independent community concert band of adult musicians who decided not to give up music after graduating from school. Formed in 1972 as a summer program of the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, the band has operated as an independent non-profit corporation since 1984. We begin rehearsal preparation for our next concert next week. We are incredibly honored to serve as the anchor music ensemble for the City of Dunwoody's "America 250" celebration during which we will perform on July 2, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
Make plans to attend! Arrive early with your lawn chairs or blankets, favorite snacks or food & drink. The concert is free and open to the public at the Brook Run Amphitheater.
We look forward to celebrating our nation's 250th birthday through music with you!!!
