We are celebrating America’s 250th Birthday right here at Trinity Street with a big ole ‘Merica Party 🇺🇸
When: Friday, July 3rd from 6pm- Midnight
What: American Classic Buffet (including cornbread corn dogs), beers, Jell-O shots, Corn Hole Tournament, Wet Tshirt Contest ( that’s you), live music and maybe even a chance to show your skills in a Beer Pong Tourney. Rooftop bar will be open all night long.
Tickets: $30 - comes with buffet, music, free Jell-O shot, and grand ole time. Link in comments🔗
We will be closed down for normal service so we will have our whole space to party 🎉

Shrimp & Grits - Poblano grits, Cajun marinated shrimp, with Cajun cream sauce top with pico de gallo.

We have a couple fabulous weekly specials to kick off summer right ☀️
Grilled Gulf Oysters - Matagora Pearl Oysters (Palacios, TX), Chimichurri, butter. Topped with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and chives.
Key Lime Pie Cheescake - vanilla cookie crust, key lime custard, whipped cream, chocolate covered strawberry pearls ( yes please!! )
Served all week and weekend during Dinner Service.

We had another fabulous Supper Club!
This time with some very special guests.
First, who show cased and paired their wines with Chef’s plates.
Second, some new friends that Matt met on his flight home from Uganda. These amazing people were from all over the— Morocco, Spain, New Zealand, London, and Argentina. We got to show them some great Texas Hospitality.
This is what we love doing - connecting people over wonderful food and drink.

Our Chef Michael had the honor to judge at the Annual Eighter from Decatur Food Truck Challenge!
We were blown away by all the wonderful eats from the local food trucks.
