Keeping our residents hydrated is an important part of their daily care! 💙 Our restorative nurse and aides are making their rounds through the halls with the hydration cart, helping residents stay refreshed and encouraging healthy hydration throughout the day at Decatur Rehab.

Decatur Rehab is wishing Amanda Shivers, RN, all the best as she begins her next chapter at our sister facility, The Folsom Center! 💙 While we'll miss having her at Decatur, we're thankful for the compassionate care and dedication she's shown to our residents and team. Best of luck, Amanda. We know you'll do great things!

🌸 Throwing it back to our "Moments in Bloom" Nursing Home Week celebration at Decatur Rehab! From special activities to time spent together, it was a week filled with meaningful memories and plenty of fun. 💐

The mic was on and the fun was nonstop at karaoke day at Decatur Rehab! 🎤 Residents enjoyed singing along to their favorite songs and cheering each other on for a great afternoon of entertainment.
