This Yurchenko timer looks completely different with one simple adjustment.
On the first attempt, Logan isn’t throwing her chest and shoulders back, causing her hands to contact the vault too close to the front of the table.
On the second attempt, she commits to throwing her chest and shoulders back, which puts her in a much stronger position for the back handspring block and creates a more powerful rebound.
Small technical changes make a big difference in Yurchenko vault technique.

What a way to wrap up an incredible summer! 🥷☀️
A huge congratulations to our Ninjas of the Week from Ninja Camp! Your hard work, determination, and positive attitudes made the week one to remember.
With Ninja Camp complete, we’ve officially wrapped up FOUR amazing summer camps—two Gymnastics Camps, Tumbling Camp, and Ninja Camp! We are so thankful for every family who trusted us with their kids this summer.
