Congratulations to Tracy, Fitness Supervisor at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center, on teaching her 900th Forever Fit class today! Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 a.m., she inspires strength, movement, and community, helping rewrite the story of aging with every session.
