Welcome to URComped! In this video, Co-Founder and CEO, Craig Shacklett, explains how to get started with your URComped membership and the steps to get pre-qualified for new cruise and casino resort offers.

To get started, visit your URComped profile, select “Comp Readiness,” and upload images of your best current cruise and land-based casino offers. Make sure each image includes:

✅ Your name and/or player’s card number
✅ The offer’s expiration date
✅ All relevant offer details

Once the URComped verification team approves your offers, your 'My Offers' page on our website will start showing your new comps! You can also use the Cruise Search tool to find specific sailings more easily.

Helpful tip: Claiming an offer only creates a trip request! You are not committing, booking, or paying at that point. Once you submit a request, your URComped host will confirm the details with you before your trip is booked.
