AT EVERY CLASS: 45-60 total minute class
- 5+ minute warm up
- 5+ minute stretch
- 10+ minute core + cardio
- Same workouts for the whole month to ensure proper progressive overload

Tuesdays: PUSH & PULL 💪🏼
Muscles targeted: back, biceps, shoulders, chest & triceps
Music played: Rock mix 🎸

Thursdays: GAINZ 4 GLUTES 🍑
Muscles targeted: glutes, hamstrings, quads & calves
Music played: 90s-2000s 🎶

Fridays: RISE & GRIND ☀️
Muscles targeted: all muscles targeted & cardio/conditioning/ab focused (mostly higher rep range)
Music played: EDM ⚡️

Saturdays: FULL BODY LIFT 🏋🏻‍♀️
Muscles targeted: all muscles targeted, BSF’s classic group class
Music played: Mix of all genres & eras 🕺

Celebrating 5 years of BSOUSAFITNESS!!!

Thank you to everyone who made this night possible and memorable. I won’t ever forget those who showed up for me and/or have supported me throughout the years.

I became a personal trainer/nutrition coach because I wanted to help women find confidence through every phase of their life. Most women will spend most of their life critiquing their bodies, and my goal is to teach woman that our worth does not depend on what our body looks like day to day.

I spent so many years of my life thinking that I was less than because my body went through changes. Our bodies will change in some way or another at some point in our lives and we cannot let those changes dictate our self love & worth.

Any positive impact I have on a woman’s health, confidence, quality of life, etc. is the biggest win in my book!! That’s what BSF is about, finding confidence and longevity through strength.

When you do the same thing every day over and over again of course it seems boring.

Overtime when you start seeing what it’s building, it doesn’t seem so boring. You won’t always be so excited to workout and show up for yourself in other ways but when you know whats being created during these moments, it’ll give you that appreciation for the “boring” things.

Sometimes it might feel like you’re just going through the motions: wake up, gym, hit macros, hit water, sleep, repeat. Yes, there’s so many ways to make things exciting here and there, but overall remember building a healthy lifestyle isn’t gonna mean you’re skipping into the gym every day and feeling like things are SOO exciting.

Theres days I definitely do feel like skipping into the gym, super excited, cute gym outfit etc.

Other days I’m sitting in my car trying to come up with an elaborate excuse to not go in.

The best way I describe it is just taking it day by day and not focusing on results every second , because the best feeling ever is doing your thing every day showing up hitting your daily goals and then checking in with yourself each week or so and being like…OHHH this is paying off so much, my hard work is showing !!

Getting caught in results every day will make it go by slowwww. It’s already November, a lot of people won’t make changes because they feel like it’s gonna take too long, but look how fast the year goes by. Lock in and you will get there.

Celebrating every single season of life 💪🏻

Something that is really important for me to talk about is how sometimes our body will change along with things going on in our lives.

Last year, I went through a life change and one thing I really didn’t expect was how hard it was for me feel normal and get back to my routine was going to be.

I had my discipline at a very strong point at the time this happened so when trying to continue that normal routine, I was taken back of how difficult it was. I started wherever I could. I would try to do something for my health when I could. Especially because at one point, I’ve had to take some time off for my mental health, I knew I had to give myself grace.

Giving myself grace was really hard because I was holding myself to the same standards where I left it if that makes sense. I was expecting the same effort when I was in a completely different place.

I am embracing who I have become and I love this version of me. I am powerful, strong and proud of myself.

You’re never starting over you are just transforming into someone who you were meant to become 🫶🏻

I will be forever grateful for my clients that supported me through it all🩷

MY GIRLS!!!

2 annual BSF photoshoot went so amazing- my goal as a coach is to not only help woman lift heavy and become a healthier human…but to gain a confidence that they can carry with them forever 💪🏻

The past 2 years of these beach photoshoots, most of my girls have told me they’ve never done something like this before or never could have imagined they would feel the confidence to do so. It’s such an honor to be the one along with to capture these incredible moments.

4th year of BSF photoshoot and cannot wait for the 5th!!🩷🫶🏻

Physique changes are the cherry on top of all of the amazing things that happen when you prioritize your health.

The aesthetics of your fitness journey is so important, it’s really fun and exciting to work on/achieve… those things come when you are patient, consistent and adherent.

BUUUT most importantly, kind to yourself. You need to have COMPASSION.
