The 9 inch is set up in the car. This upgrade has been well overbuilt and will handle everything I can throw at it. 😆

Angry Chicken got plucked today. For a 46 year old T Top car the floors are in pretty good shape. Just a couple spots that will need some attention.

Tear down is started on the Angry Chicken. 😆

Angry Bird Racing is proud to announce the addition of the new addition to the bird stable. We have a 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am with the Pontiac 400 ci engine, 4 speed transmission, T-Tops in Martinique blue and blue interior. This was the last year of the real Pontiac engine and is equipped with the rare 4 speed transmission. Note: the founder of Angry Bird racing has wanted this car since he was 15 years old. And yes it will be upgraded from factory spec. Stay tuned for build updates.

We ordered take out for the crew.

When you toast the rear end in your car. Even the largest breaker bar built to move the pinion didn’t work. Pinion welded itself in. Never seen anything like it. 9 inch on order.
