We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading people, and keeping a production floor organized and moving. This person will work closely with our Production Manager, helping guide the team during shifts, keep employees on track, maintain quality and cleanliness, and make sure the day-to-day work gets done well.

Our coffee has officially traveled more than we have.

A couple years ago, was just getting started in Butler, Pennsylvania. Now these bags have been making themselves at home all over the country.

From kitchen counters in Florida to morning routines in Texas, break rooms in Ohio, and many places in between, each pin on the map marks a customer who decided to give our coffee a try.

Last week, one of our team members had an exciting opportunity to explore what's next.

Bri has been part of the Butler Coffee Lab team for over a year, bringing positivity, dedication, and encouragement to those around her every day. As a member of the first Keystone Talent Bridge cohort, Bri has been exploring her long-term goal of becoming an Administrative Assistant.

Thanks to Tricia Pritchard, Kierra Archibald, and the incredible team at Butler County Community College, Bri spent the day experiencing administrative work firsthand. She was welcomed into the team, gained valuable hands-on experience, and even helped host a BC3 Education Foundation Board meeting attended by BC3 President Megan Coval.

Experiences like this are exactly why exists. Workforce development is about more than learning new skills. It's also about building confidence, exploring possibilities, and creating connections that help people move toward meaningful employment.

We're incredibly grateful to BC3 and to the Butler community for continuing to open doors for our participants. Opportunities like these help create pathways that didn't exist before.
