Meet Shiloh! 🐾

This sweet 8-month-old boy is looking for a loving forever home after the unexpected loss of his owner. Shiloh weighs approximately 75 pounds and loves other dogs and children. While we're not sure of his breed, we do know he's a gentle, affectionate pup who deserves a second chance at happiness.

Meet Badger! 🦡 This 2-year-old Cattle dog 🐮🐶 belongs to one of our Veterinary Assistants, Molly. She brought him in for a sore paw, and our team was happy to help him get back to feeling his best! ♥️

Ever heard of a dog being TOO happy?! 🐶😁While there’s no such thing, a very real and painful condition called Happy Tail can affect some dogs. 🐕 That’s what happened to Chief here.

This big guy is 94 pounds of muscle and has a tendency to get very excited, showing his exuberance with his wagging tail. Happy Tail happens when dogs wag their tails so enthusiastically and often that they end up injuring themselves. Sometimes they repeatedly injure the tip to the point that it's prevented from healing.

In these cases, amputation and partial-amputation can help excitable dogs live more comfortably, without sacrificing exciting things. To protect Chief from further damage and help his tail heal, we shortened his tail by about three-quarters of its original length.

After surgery, Chief experienced some post-operative complications, so our team worked to assess the issue and ensure he is back on track to healing. ❤️‍🩹🩹Chief is now back on the road to recovery! This cute little cat is Juniper; she lives with Asher, one of our wonderful Client Care Coordinators. Juni came in for some blood work and X-ray imaging, and she's all cuddled up and warm while awaiting results. We’re so grateful for each and every client who trusts us with their pet’s care! 💙

Meet Roberto! This little guy is 7 months old and loves exploring the great big world! His owner brought him in for pre-op bloodwork in preparation for his upcoming neuter, but made sure he showed up in style! We loved his dapper jacket and excitement about sniffing everything he could, taking it all in! Can’t wait to keep watching him grow! 🐕🦴♥️
