Shavuot is coming, and we had one simple question: Why do we eat dairy?

We know it connects to receiving the Torah at Mount Sinai and traditions like “a land flowing with milk and honey," but a few years ago, we asked coworkers and friends for their best guesses, and it got pretty funny.
