Here are the facts:

✅ Abortion pills have been FDA-approved for over 25 years and are backed by decades of scientific evidence

✅Medication abortion accounts for nearly two-thirds of all abortion care nationwide.

✅ 3 in 5 Americans support access to medication abortion

Under current law, tech companies and data brokers are free to collect, analyze, store, and sell our most personal data (including where we go to the doctors) for profit. And they are doing it every day.

We need a 21st-century privacy law in Massachusetts to protect us all.

As of this evening, The Supreme Court issued an order that halted the Fifth Circuit’s decision to block the mailing of mifepristone.

Abortion pills will remain available by mail nationwide.
