Serving Real Ale in New England. The longest running cask ale festival in the US! Our next festival will be the 24th New England Real Ale eXhibition!
Out of an abundance of caution, as they say, the 2020 NERAX festival scheduled for April 1 to 4, 2020 has been cancelled. The next classic NERAX festival will take place at the South Boston Lithuanian Club probably early in April 2021. We expect to serve about 100 real ales and ciders from the US and UK. In Fall 2018 the 13th annual NERAX North will take place at Knights of Columbus Hall in Salem, MA. We expect to serve about 50 cask-conditioned beers and ciders from the UK and US. Between festivals we are on the hunt for more Real Ale on exhibit in New England.

The Michael Jackson Award Winners for US cask at Peterborough Beer Festival (UK) have been announced!
We were able to get over 50 firkins of US cask beer (and a cider!) this year and these three were deemed the best of show. Thank you again to all the brewers who contributed!

The US cask shipment was loaded onto the re**er heading to the UK this morning!
Next stop is the Peterborough Beer Festival in late August where they'll be hosting the full US cask bar now that GBBF is on the back burner indefinitely.
We can't wait to see which beers win a Michael Jackson Award for US cask. There are some good ones!
Thanks again to all the brewers and folks involved in helping make this unique cask cultural exchange project happen. It's fun to keep it going every year. 🇺🇸🤝🇬🇧

In other news, we're ramping up to send a shipment of US cask to the Peterborough Beer Festival in the UK this August, so keep an eye out for that if you'll be there this Summer! 🍻

Thanks to everyone who came out to the 27th annual NERAX this year to enjoy all the exciting beers & ciders we had to offer from the US & UK!
We really appreciate all the support from everyone who came including the many of you who even flew over from the UK! Every session was at or near capacity and we went through more beer & cider than I can recall ever doing before.
