Midlife is quietly one of the loneliest chapters for women. The friendships that carried your thirties get stretched thin, and the distance that builds rarely gets named out loud. It's World Laughter Day — and I keep thinking about the last time I laughed until it hurt. That kind of laughter only happens when you're truly at ease with people who actually get it. Rest and restoration are two different things. Rest is closing your eyes. Restoration is your nervous system finally believing it's safe to stop. A lot of women in midlife can rest but can't restore, because the background hum of responsibility doesn't turn off just because they're lying down. I help women get there.
