I can be a really terrible decision maker at times {all of the time}. Waking up and deciding if I want my coffee hot or cold can be a last second judgment call based on weather/mood. Enter . It turns hot coffee to very cold coffee in mere seconds without diluting it with ice. You just keep it ready to go in the freezer. The mega shower. It’s a real thing for me. Most days I take a mini shower - quick and easy {hair is def not washed}. Once a week, I treat myself to a mega shower. Hair gets the works {I swear by shampoo + conditioner, restorative mask, and I love my scalp scrubber from amazon}, skin is exfoliated {love the salt scrub and everything eucalyptus by }. It feels luxurious to spend that much time in the shower and I look forward to it every week. Do you mega shower too?

I’ll admit I’m not the best bike rider in the world. {Terrified and terrible sum it up best}. But watching my six year old zoom around the street made me feel guilty I couldn’t join in. Enter where this retro-inspired / chain-free / rust-free / hand-braking / coaster stole my heart. It’s comfortable and easy to ride.
