If you think lifting weights is dangerous, then try being weak.
➡️Adults can lose about 3–5% of their muscle mass each decade after age 30 if they are not strength training regularly.
➡️Muscle is one of the biggest predictors of healthy aging and longevity.
➡️Muscle loss affects posture, balance, and ability to do simple daily tasks long before people notice it.
➡️ Women do NOT “bulk up” easily from lifting weights. Building large amounts of muscle requires very specific training and nutrition.
💪🏼People naturally lose muscle mass with age — unless they actively work to keep it. Strength training isn’t just fitness. It’s preparation for life.

This morning I got muddy for a reason 💗
I ran a 5K with MudGirl alongside an incredible community of strong, supportive women — all coming together for something bigger than the race itself.
The Pink Army Foundation was created from this powerful community to support women who are facing or have faced breast cancer, providing personalized physical and mental guidance when they need it most.
Today was about movement, strength, and showing up — for ourselves and for each other.
Grateful to be part of something that reminds us how resilient, capable, and connected we truly are.
