Head of International Partnerships,
Pickleball Federation of the Americas (PFA)

Juan Pablo (JP) Huertas Eraso serves as Head of International Partnerships for the Pickleball Federation of the Americas (PFA), leading strategic expansion, sports policy alignment, and international federation relations throughout the Americas. Combining extensive experience in marketing, PR, and public policy with a lifelong background in racket sports, JP collaborates with Ministries of Sport and National Sports Governing Bodies (NSGBs) to establish standardized rankings, technical compliance, and legal sports structures to structure recognized federations under official Law of Sport frameworks of every country.

On the court, JP brings direct elite-level competitive experience. He served as Captain of Colombia’s inaugural National Team at the 2023 Pickleball World Cup in Lima and has competed across the international circuit, with appearances at major tournaments including the Open, the Bogotá Open, and the Mexico City National Tournament and keeps actively building a global network playing across various countries and tournaments.
