ARCHITECT vs. INTERIOR DESIGNER 🏠✏️

They work on the same home—but their roles are very different.

An architect focuses on the structure and shell of the home: site planning, floor plans, exterior elevations, building codes, structural coordination, window and door schedules, permitting, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

An interior designer takes that structure and plans how you’ll actually live in it. We focus on space planning, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, interior elevations, tile layouts, flooring, finishes, millwork, furniture—and all those little details that make a home feel intentional and cohesive.

Think of it this way:

The architect designs the building.
The interior designer designs the experience inside it.
