Recipe: Ingredients

* 1 lb ground chicken
* 1 cup cooked black lentils
* 1 zucchini, grated (skin on)
* 1 egg
* ¼–½ cup oat flour
* 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Grate zucchini with the skin on and squeeze out some excess moisture.
3. cook & MASH LENTILS
4. Mix ground chicken, lentils, zucchini, egg, garlic powder, and oat flour until combined.
5. Grease a mini muffin tin with avocado oil.
6. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full to almost full.
7. Bake for 18-20 min, or until the center reaches 165°F.
8. Let cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before removing

A baby product rec we’ve had since day 1!! Can’t go wrong with these.
