And another HUGE thank you to the Big Spring Herald and JR McNutt for continuing to follow our journey and helping keep our community updated on what we’re building at Core Crush Studio.

We’re still growing. We’re still learning. We’re still working behind the scenes to get Core Crush Kitchen and our meal prep up and running for the community. But through all of it, our biggest goal has never changed:

To create a safe place for women and teenage girls to walk through the doors, feel comfortable, feel supported, and feel like they belong. 💕

I tell people all the time—the hardest part is getting yourself through that door the first time. But once you do, I hope you walk out thinking, “Why didn’t I come here sooner?”

You don’t have to already be “in shape.” You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to walk through the door.

We’ll welcome you from there. This can be your new home. 🩷
