I am going to take the month of August off to work on me. I will be having a couple of procedures for pain.

I will let you know when I can come back in September.

I am canceling class tomorrow. Summer is busy and hard to get together. Praying we can continue next week.

This summer I want to go back to the beginning. Why I become a Fitness Teacher Gospel Preacher. I am going to work back through The Wellness Revelation. Join me if you would like.
