Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see our Executive Chef Hayden Guidry in action at Main Street Market’s Teaching Kitchen, and a special thank you to Red Stick Farmers Market for hosting us.

Chef served up grits and grillades with roasted shiitake mushrooms, and more than 100 samples were shared throughout the morning.

We’re always grateful for the chance to connect with our community, celebrate local ingredients, and share a little taste of Eliza beyond our dining room.
