Louisiana continues to build on years of sustained academic progress as students earn the highest overall statewide Mastery+ rate in state history.

Highlights from the 2026 LEAP results include:

✅ Students improved or maintained performance across nearly every grade and course tested by LEAP.
✅ Nearly nine out of 10 school systems improved or maintained their overall Mastery+ rate.

We're proud of the progress and remain focused on helping more students reach Mastery and preparing every graduate for success after high school.

The conservative court unanimously ruled this morning that brokers can be held accountable for hiring negligent trucking companies. Not only is this important for keeping families safe on the road, it’s important for holding companies accountable that choose to compromise safety to increase their bottom line.
