Sunday mornings are not for self help sermons, or culture lessons. The Lord’s day is solely about lifting Jesus. It’s not a time to be cute or to prove our academic depth; it’s all about Jesus and Him crucified. To be completely transparent, I don’t pick my own messages. I follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit every Sunday, every Tuesday, every Wednesday, every revival or special celebration. People have begin to expect lectures, culture classes and self help dialogues that don’t lift Jesus or lead to Calvary. Sundays are about us getting closer to Jesus and not about us “winning”.
