Comment SECRET to be the first to find out what it is ⬇️
We’ve been asked more times than we can count if we’d ever do something like this and now…it’s time.
If you know anything about how we work at Success Labs, you know we don’t create things just to create them.
Every framework, every tool, every commitment we make is rooted in one question: does this actually serve the leaders and organizations we work with?
This does. In all the right ways.
We built something that meets leaders where they are — in the real conversations, the hard decisions, and the moments where the right thinking makes all the difference.
We can’t wait to bring you something new. Something that goes deeper than what we can share on socials.

The question we keep hearing in coaching sessions and hallway conversations isn’t really about AI tools or adoption timelines.
It’s more like: how do I lead my team well when I honestly don’t know what the work is going to look like in two years?
Most of the advice floating around right now doesn’t quite reach that question.
This article gives insight into what we’ve been thinking about and working through with the leaders we coach when it comes to Managing Your Teams in the Age of AI.

Managing Your Team in the Age of AI AI is changing what work looks like, but great leadership hasn't. Here are five practical strategies for leading your team well in the age of AI.
We're in the depths of what so many people are calling "Maycember" --- where every day is a recital, a ceremony, a graduation, or an event, and that means that this month may feel more "my hair is on fire" than normal.
Devin recently gave a talk on stress and burnout, and in this video, she's sharing one of the major takeaways: not all stress is bad stress.
Some of the most meaningful moments in life — a new baby, a wedding, a high-stakes presentation — are stressful precisely because they matter.
Stress can make you more focused and excited. It can even push you into a flow state---that zone where you do some of your best work.
When you're feeling stressed this month, ask yourself: is this stress telling me something's wrong, or is it telling me something matters?

Leadership in Action: Success Labs Partner Adrian Owen Jones led "Before the Opportunity Knocks: AI Resume Strategies for the Proactive Professional" for the CHANGEMAKERS alumni community in Baton Rouge — a hands-on session on using AI to sharpen your resume, your positioning, and your readiness for what's next.
A few things stood out in the room:
→ The professionals who get noticed aren't the ones scrambling when an opportunity appears. They're the ones who've been quietly preparing for it.
→ AI doesn't replace your story. It helps you tell it better.
→ Career growth, like leadership growth, is a practice — not a moment.
Adrian serves as Alumni Board Chair for CHANGEMAKERS, and we're proud to support a community that takes growth this seriously.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked sharp questions, and leaned in.

Harvard Business Review reports that 95% of people think they’re self-aware, but only 10 to 15% actually are.
Which category do you fall into?
Most leaders think they're more self-aware than they actually are. Here's the tool I use with clients to close that gap.
A client recently asked me, "How do I become more self-aware?"
My favorite tool for this is the Johari Window — a simple frame with four panes. The goal is to expand the one that matters most: what's known by you and known by the people you lead.
The other three panes are how you grow it:
→ What you know but haven't shared (expand it through disclosure)
→ What others see but you don't (expand it through feedback)
→ What no one sees yet (expand it through new experiences)
Most leaders only work one of these levers (usually reflection).
But reflection alone won't surface your blind spots, and it won't reveal what experience gaps you have or where you need development.
If your boss is hard to reach, that means it's time to get creative in your approach to communicating.
Here are a few things you can do:
1. Ask your boss how they prefer communication. Do they like a voice memo, texts, or emails? Find the method they'll be most responsive to.
2. Use templates & briefs as a way to clearly, consistently, and proactively send out information
3.Have a bias toward action. Don't be afraid to say, "Hey, I'm going to do X. If you have any objections or feedback, let me know by this date."
Whether you're navigating your early career, or you're an established leader, we have tool and resources to support you at all stages of your career.
