From fancy balls to bringing clients king cakes, the BPS team had a blast this Mardi Gras season celebrating the vibrant culture of our communities.

Our CEO, Adam Beary, was at Healing Place Church for the Elevate Your Leadership event by Baton Rouge Business Report. Huge shout out to Nina Sossamon-Pogue and Kyle Scheele for the insights and tools to take BPS to the next level! The energy was fantastic and the humor was a great added bonus.

At BPS we champion our community and one of our biggest annual efforts is American Cancer Society Fork Cancer! That support has continued this year with our CEO, Adam Beary, chairing the Sponsorship committee for the event and had the privilege to support some great Tastemakers raising a ton of money this past Sunday. The Supperclub staff led by Chef Leighton Carbo was absolutely fantastic and proved why they are truly the best in the business.

Probably not but at BPS we are lucky enough for that answer to be an emphatic yes. Today we celebrate a full year around the sun with Aaron Williams heading up our commercial division. The moon is in sight.

Need the best glue person in the industry? Well, you can't have her!

This weekend BPS celebrated 4 years of Rachel Grubbs and we honestly cannot imagine life without her. She masterfully spins the plates of what to buy, who to hire, and how to keep everybody happy. Her ability to problem solve is unmatched as the best CAO in the biz.

This week we celebrated the birthday of the boss man, Adam Beary! The big 35, but the staff has agreed that's not quite middle aged yet. Bonuses for everyone.

Happy birthday to Jide Ayodele. Jide not only beats most of the team in degrees but backs this up with pioneering new processes and services for BPS. His interest in new technology ensures our team is on the cutting edge of process safety.

Congrats to one of our great partners and friend, Olivia Andrews for the recognition of the United 40 award at the latest Women United event. Our team was out in force to celebrate and support Capital Area United Way. Keep looking for our bears in the wild, repping our community.

On this MLK day we think back on some of our favorite team awards at BPS. From the Diversity Star to Best Places to Work to LSU 100, our commitment to diversity and equity has resulted in a fantastic culture and growth worth celebrating. We could not be prouder of what we have and will accomplish together.

Happy work anniversary to the soccer loving, concert going, life of the party at BPS, RosaGale Abella. We are thrilled to call her a teammate and BPS' biggest fan. 4 years to many more.
