We have just received information from Fromm Family Foods about a recall of two of their canned dog formulas. We currently do not have any of the lots in question but we want to share the news anyway.

Fromm has discovered, from their own analysis, that one lot of their recently produced Fromm Turkey Pâté Wet Dog Food and Diner Classics Milo's Meatloaf Pâté Wet Dog Food items may contain foreign material, such as pieces of metal, which could pose a choking hazard if swallowed.

Potential Health Risk of Foreign Material: The risk of a health issue is present if a dog were to ingest this foreign material. Fromm feels it is prudent to pull this lot out of distribution and off retail shelves.

Ingestion of metal can lead to potential health issues, depending on the size and shape of the fragment.

This affects only one lot of each product with the best by date of 032029.
