Did you know?
T-Mobile has decided to dismantle its entire DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) program. Reportedly to gain approval for a merger.
This move threatens to displace women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and Black and Brown employees within their company. DEI resources will be removed from their website, and equality training will be discontinued.
We cannot stay silent. I’m calling on all of you to take action. Please join me in emailing T-Mobile’s executive team and letting them know this is unacceptable.
I’ve created a template letter to make it easy—copy, paste, and flood their inboxes with our voices.
Let’s demand better.
Thank you in advance for standing up for equity, inclusion, and accountability.

Subject: Deep Concern Regarding T-Mobile’s Decision to End DEI Programs
Dear T-Mobile Leadership,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent announcement that T-Mobile is ending its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, as referenced in your letter to the FCC.
This decision is not only disheartening but also deeply troubling. At a time when many companies are working to build a more inclusive and equitable workplace and society, your choice to dismantle DEI initiatives sends a regressive message. The removal of DEI language from your website, training materials, and organizational structure raises serious concerns about the direction of your company’s values and long-term commitment to all communities it serves.
Furthermore, making such a move while seeking regulatory approval for major acquisitions appears both disingenuous and manipulative. It undermines public trust and the very stakeholders who helped build your success.
Unless this decision is reversed, I will be left with no choice but to boycott your products and services, divest from your company, and encourage others in my network to do the same.
I urge you to reconsider and recommit to DEI, not as a political stance, but as a moral and business imperative.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,

🚨 CALL TO ACTION: Protect Public Media 🚨
On Tuesday, the Senate advanced a bill that would eliminate $1.1 billion in funding for PBS, NPR, and public media—funds that were already approved for the next two years.
📺 Imagine a world without Sesame Street.
📻 Imagine losing unbiased news and fact-based reporting.
🌪️ Remember what happened when weather alert funding was cut?
When you silence public media, you silence the American people.
We must act. Urge your lawmakers—especially Republican legislators—to vote NO on the Rescissions Act, which guts funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
Together, we can defend access to free, independent journalism and educational programming. Please sign this petition or call your lawmakers: https://protectmypublicmedia.org/protect-public-media-petition/
