The company was named Zerflin for exactly that reason: everyone asks about it. If we get your interest in something as simple as the name, we’re just another step to being in your office, or living room, or wherever it is that you make the decision to hire people. Harambee means "all pull together" in Swahili, so we built a logo that does exactly that: three bands woven into one shield around a cross. The cross takes its shape from the Church of Saint George in Lalibela, carved straight down into the Ethiopian rock, so the faith at the heart of the mark is rooted in African Christianity. The Harrisburg congregation is now Kingdom Embassy.

For Guider, "the consulting guide," the letterhead carried the compass down the full page: gold bars down both edges and the mark drawn as fine blueprint linework curling in from the margins, framing the letter without crowding it.
