In my ten plus years working the beauty industry, I’ve noticed the movers and the shakers and I’ve seen what sets them apart. These women are it. is such a gift to work alongside. Professionalism, intention, KINDNESS, a passion for creativity and learning, all these things make for success. My background has always been about education and that’s why I am so excited about what’s to come. This evening, my girl Kendall from and I hosted a virtual fast track session on sanitation and organization. We covered so much ground and it’s definitely the first of many more of its kind. Thankful to be a part of the beauty industry, it’s a tribe that I am forever proud to link arms with.

If you would’ve told me during the snowstorm that in a couple weeks, you will have 38 clients in 7 days, I wouldn’t have believed you. At that place in time, I felt the crashing weight of last year along with all the havoc the storm brought. Running a small business isn’t easy or predictable but that’s the beauty of it. Going through the tough times makes the other side that much sweeter. And knowing that I’m working for my OWN dreams and helping other peoples come to life is worth it all at the end of each day.

Magical is the word that comes to mind when I get to do my former brides hair and makeup for their maternity photos. Kristyn and I met when she was a bridesmaid in one of my clients weddings.
