Bounce is hiring for an in-office, full-time Events Operations Manager, responsible for managing logistics, tasks and timelines for a variety of clients, events and account leads. The candidate must be a highly-motivated self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and be ready to support strategic planning, as well as ex*****on and oversight of year-round events and other client-related needs. Experience planning, working and managing complex projects and/or events is a major plus.

Being highly organized, efficient and team-oriented is essential to this position. Our ideal candidate is focused, pays attention to minute details and prides themselves on completing tasks with a high level of accuracy. They are fully prepared for every contingency and openly share those preparation details with other team members. Lastly, this candidate must be available to provide logistics support at in-person events throughout the year, often on weekends, both locally and nationally.

Responsibilities
Support account leads with operational and logistics support for a variety of clients
Direct and assist with administrative tasks
Manage and track multiple projects with time-sensitive deliverables
Create timelines, workflows, schedules and reports, both internally and client-facing
Communicate updates and tasks with account leads and be ready to make changes as necessary based upon client workflows
Understand and manage project timelines; keep account leads on track and ensure client and internal work stays on-time and on-budget
Research, contact and follow-up with other businesses (vendors, suppliers, media outlets, etc.)
Become familiar with and lead city permitting processes, complete applications, meet with city officials and keep track of permitting deadlines
Coordinate and be on-site to manage setup/breakdown for events; coordinate with city officials - police, EMS, barricades, etc. - as well as other officials
Be able to review and understand all aspects of an event - footprint, sitemap, vendor needs, client needs and schedule/coordinate event security, activations, power, sound and lighting, etc.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of strong operational experience with examples of detail-oriented work
Experience planning, managing or working events is a major plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Team-player who understands the importance of collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, service-oriented environment
Eager to think outside the box and come up with novel solutions to various problems/scenarios without being prompted
Available and willing to work weekends, as needed

One month before Austin's largest festival SXSW, RideScout brought Bounce on to fully brainstorm, plan and execute their exclusive SXSW event. To bring a local aspect to the event, attendants experienced a wide variety of local artisans and artists.

Throwback to that time we helped raise 1.2 million dollars to fight blood cancers!

Always a beautiful way to start your day when you're setting up for the Austin Heart & Stroke Walk at the Long Center! Set-up begins at 3 a.m. and then you're able to see the sunrise to a field full of participants and sponsors supporting such a great cause.

We loved getting to know this brand and plan their pre-sale marketing campaign. TruFusion offers so many different workout options including yoga, Barre, Pilates, Bootcamp, Cycle, Kettlebell, Battle Ropes, Boxing, and TRX.

Beyond a big night for the retailers for Aldrich Street, Bounce was tasked to bring a creative streak to the event. From art installations to live entertainment, Bounce was able to draw a high neighborly crowd.

Aldrich Street is a popular community street in the Mueller residential community of Austin, TX. With all kinds of retailers varying from ice cream shops to trendy fitness studios, this street has a lot to offer. Every year, Aldrich Street Fair brings all the neighbors together to promote these retailers and build community!

This fully in-house crafted event was brought to life by all the team members at Bounce. Creative brainstorming, absurd idea discussions, 5K logistics permitting, vendor partnerships, live band partnerships and local food vendor partnerships made this the wackiest - and slowest - 5k in town!

Holiday shopping is the prime time to search for coupons and we helped put together a robust Public Relations campaign for Offers.Com. Through our relationships, pitches and press releases we were able to get placements in top-tier media outlets. ⁠

Google City Experts brought in Bounce to help with bi-quarterly goals of raising awareness about the program and retaining the program's members. Through creative , site and , Bounce was able to host two events per quarter and eventually help expand the program to Houston, TX. ⁠

The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition partnered with Bounce to relieve the team of all the logistics planning for their annual 5K. While Bounce took care of permitting, site planning, donation requests and vendor partnerships, NOCC was left open to increase strong and raise funds for the organization.

This fully in-house crafted event was brought to life by all the team members at Bounce. Creative brainstorming, absurd idea discussions, 5K logistics permitting, vendor partnerships, live band partnerships and local food vendor partnerships made Keep Austin Weird Festival the wackiest - and slowest - 5k in town!

To kick off the multi-week Parade of Homes, Bounce produced the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin Preview Party packed with live music, tasty bites & sips! This 2-in-1 event puts the spotlight on luxury homebuilders and aims to bring in potential home buyers.

From pumpkin bowling to a bales of hay maze, Bounce crafted a unique grand opening event for this new residential community. Current residents and new prospects were able to enjoy a day out in the neighborhood enjoying all the fun and games.

A 5K like no other to help raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House, Bounce took the lead on all the logistics planning for this event including packet stuffing and pick-up, 5K permitting, vendor recruiting and event day ex*****on.

With a new app launching just before one of Austin's largest festivals, SXSW , Yellow Cab Austin recruited Bounce's help to market Hail A Cab. Through guerrilla marketing, on-site even activations and social media, Bounce was able to garner attention and a huge following for Yellow Cab.

A brand new community needed help to market and plan the grand opening event. With Bounces help, Belterra Texas was able to host a successful event and bring in thousands of leads.

A multi-layered event deserves a well thought out multi-layered website design! All the homes had such amazing details and we were able to showcase all that with a well organized website design.

We can't believe it's already been 7 years since the Thinkery's Grand Opening! Such a special event to be a part of and publicize. It's been so amazing to see all of the inspiring events and activities the Thinkery has had through the years.

Concepting a new logo with a brand new business is always a treat. Working with Seguin Brewing Company was a fun project and we can't wait to go visit their brewery soon.
