The Marleys is now streaming.

After completing its festival run, the film is officially available for everyone to watch on the Kojak Films YouTube channel, now in 4K.

We're proud that Magick Lantern contributed visual effects to the film and had the opportunity to be part of the team behind the project.

The Marleys screened at Film Fest Knox, the Rome International Film Festival, the Athens Film Festival and Indie Short Fest in Los Angeles, receiving recognition along the way for its dark comedy, lead performance and editing.

Congratulations to Kenneth Trujillo and everyone who helped bring the film to life.

Spooky season is getting an early start.

The Yeti is now streaming on Shudder.

Set deep in the remote Alaskan backcountry, the film follows a rescue team searching for a missing oil tycoon and a famous adventurer, only to discover something much bigger waiting for them in the wilderness.

We’re proud to have contributed visual effects to the film, helping bring its frozen survival-horror world to life.

One of the things that made the Georgia Creative Summit special was the range of people who walked into the room.

Actors. Producers. Editors. Directors. Musicians. Writers. Filmmakers. Creators. Industry veterans. Emerging voices.

Jonathan Leiter and Ethan Trace met for the first time and immediately found common ground through character work and voice acting. James Crawford brought the perspective of a new generation of multidisciplinary storytellers. Gary Korngold and Gianni Mantovani came from completely different professional and life experiences, but shared the same interest in building meaningful work in Georgia.

Kojak Films came with projects already moving and relationships they were looking to build. Jas Von represented the growing crossover between music, acting, and film. And Honnie Korngold helped make the Summit itself possible, bringing years of work connecting filmmakers, production companies, and emerging storytellers through Georgia StoryLab.

That mix was intentional.

The Georgia Creative Summit was never meant to be about one kind of filmmaker, one generation, or one corner of the industry.

It was about putting different people, different experiences, and real projects into the same room and seeing what could come from it.

And this was only part of the room.

This is what the Georgia Creative Summit was built for.

Not just to get people in a room, but to give people with real projects, real experience, and real ideas a chance to stand up and say, “Here’s what I’m working on. Here’s what I need. Who wants to build with me?”

Our presenter spotlights feature Sue Ann Taylor, Miko DeFoor, David Kendrick, Jose A. Acosta, Danya Levine, and Daniel Dennerline, creatives who brought projects, stories, and opportunities into the room and opened them up to a larger community.

At a time when our industry is changing so quickly, we believe there is real value in getting talented people face-to-face again. One conversation can lead to an introduction. An introduction can lead to a collaboration. And a collaboration can be the thing that finally gets a project moving.

That is the kind of momentum we want the Georgia Creative Summit to create.

Magick Lantern is proud to help bring the room together, and provide the spark for what comes next.

What an incredible two days.

More than 70 members of Georgia's film and creative community joined us for the Georgia Creative Summit, filmmakers, producers, writers, actors, artists and creators coming together to share ideas, make connections and talk about where our industry goes next.

The idea behind the Summit was simple:

We have an extraordinary filmmaking community here. Why aren't we using that collective capability to originate and own more of what we make?

There is plenty of uncertainty in our industry right now. We didn't ignore it. But instead of spending two days talking about everything that's wrong, this room spent two days talking about possibility.

What can we create?
Who can we connect?
How can we work together?
And what can Georgia build for itself?

We walked away inspired by the conversations and incredibly grateful to everyone who participated.

A huge thank you to Honnie Korngold and Georgia StoryLab, Athena Studios, our partners, speakers, volunteers and everyone who helped bring the Summit to life.

This was only the beginning.
