The things we’re wrestling with right now are shaping something in us that we’re going to need later. What you’re struggling with today is building the exact strength you’ll lean on tomorrow.

Even if it doesn’t feel like growth in the moment. Even if it just feels heavy or inconvenient or uncomfortable. You’re being prepared.

You’re being strengthened. You’re becoming someone who can hold more, trust more, and stand taller than before. Keep going. You’re building something real.

"Healing begins the moment you stop measuring your worth by what happened to you and start recognizing the strength it took to survive it."

Many survivors carry shame, guilt, or self-doubt that never belonged to them. Recovery invites us to see ourselves through a different lens, not as broken by our experiences, but as resilient people who have endured difficult circumstances. Every step toward healing is evidence of courage, and your worth has always existed independent of your pain. Happy Saturday everyone ♥️

June is Internet Safety Month!!

"kNot Today Foundation" has an excellent "Child Protection Guide for Parents and Caregivers" that is FREE on their website: https://knottoday.org/guide/?blm_aid=34958

Here are some great questions they recommend you can ask your child if they are on the internet or have a phone:
1). Can you show me some of your favorite apps?
2). Have you ever messaged someone online that you don't know? If so, what did you talk about?
3). Are your social media accounts set to private? If not, why and are you aware of the dangers of keeping your account public? Do you know how to set it to private? If not, do you need help or need me to show you how?
4). What would you do if someone sent you an inappropriate picture or text?

We get so focused on what’s next — the goals, the plans, the things we’re still chasing — that we forget to look around at what’s already here. What’s already good. What we once prayed for.

This is just a gentle reminder to slow down and notice your life as it is right now. You can still want more. Just don’t miss the things that are already holding you up.
