🏐⚽🏀 MoveUp project activities continue in Belgium in 2026 with Zatopek!

Following the success of last year’s first training programme, Je Bouge Pour Ma Forme, Zatopek is excited to launch a new round of sessions this year - with even more training opportunities planned throughout 2026!

Through catchball, walking football and walking basketball, these sessions are designed to support people living with chronic health conditions by offering tailored physical activity in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

The focus is not only on movement but also on building confidence, creating community connections and making physical activity enjoyable for everyone. Because staying active should be accessible, social and empowering! 🙌

Today we finished the MOVEUP Europe Cup in Prishtina, thanks to all participants, organizers and people involved!

What an unforgettable experience at the MOVEUP Europe Cup in Prishtina! ⚽🔥
Over 34 participants from Italy, Romania and Kosovo came together for an incredible celebration of walking football, walking basketball and Catchball , as well as inclusion, and pure joy. The energy, smiles, and team spirit said it all — everyone was engaged, motivated, and truly happy.
