JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong experience in B2B sales (FMCG, beverage, or trade industry preferred)
- Existing network within the Philippines or Southeast Asia beverage import/distribution sector is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
- Highly disciplined in following systems, tracking, and structured workflows
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to identify issues early and suggest practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in ex*****on
- Self-driven and capable of handling high-volume outreach
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as local representative for the Philippines and Southeast Asia region
- Identify and qualify importers and distributors across target markets
- Execute structured outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Manage and update buyer pipeline in Google Sheets
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and ensure no lead goes cold
- Build and maintain relationships with key importers and distributors
- Open and progress new business opportunities into the pipeline
- Manage warm supplier conversations and re-engage past leads
- Qualify suppliers and conduct discovery calls
- Progress suppliers through onboarding process
- Maintain accurate tracking of all activities
- Follow structured weekly workflow and reporting
- Flag issues early and ensure full lead accountability

This role is focused on supporting day-to-day operations by managing client communication, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of all enquiries. It involves being the first point of contact for incoming calls, capturing client details, and coordinating follow-ups while assisting with essential sales and administrative processes such as invoices, contracts, and warranty documentation. The position also requires maintaining organized systems through CRM tools, calendars, and client communication platforms to ensure smooth workflow and fast response times.
Qualifications
• At Least 2year experience as Virtual Admin Assistant
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently handle client calls
• Ability to work with digital tools such as Xero, Tradify (or similar apps) and web-based platforms
• Pleasant and professional demeanor, with the ability to build positive relationships and represent the company well in all client interactions
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic bookkeeping processes
• High responsiveness and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
Responsibilities
• Answer and manage incoming calls when unavailable, capture client details, qualify leads, and log them into the system
• Forward qualified leads promptly for follow-up
• Handle client onboarding after job acceptance, including issuing deposit invoices, preparing contracts, and processing warranty documentation
• Assist clients with general enquiries including selections and material guidance
• Manage CRM, calendars, automated notifications, and appointment coordination
• Support system improvements, software implementation, and process optimization
• Perform light bookkeeping, including payroll processing and related administrative tasks
• Assist with supplier applications and coordination with external agencies when required
• Ensure fast lead response and efficient handling of all enquiries
• Support operations of the upcoming roofing truck division, including call handling, booking, payments, and customer communication
This is an on-site role. Applicants must be currently residing in Santa Rosa, Laguna, or be able to comfortably commute to the workplace location.
