📋 Client Outreach: Making outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.⁣
📋 Administrative Excellence: Managing emails, calendars, and spreadsheets to keep operations organised.⁣
📋 CRM Management: Updating client records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.⁣
📋 Support Tasks: Assisting with documentation, reporting, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.⁣

✅ Resides in the Philippines and can commit to a night shift schedule (10 PM–6 AM).⁣

✅ Is tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.⁣
✅ Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail.⁣
✅ Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.⁣

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounting software. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, handling finance-related queries, and assisting with accounting tasks. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.⁣
