Dr. Elomina brings with him extensive experience in Information Technology, education governance, and academic leadership, having served as an Assistant Professor and ICTS Chairperson, alongside key roles in compliance and quality assurance. His expertise in IT management, digital transformation, and process improvement reflects a strong commitment to innovation and excellence in education.

With a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Administration (Education Governance) and a solid foundation in Computer Science and IT Management, Dr. Elomina is poised to contribute significantly to the development of future IT professionals and leaders.
