"I thought this course might be a tick-box to what I already know and do. I was wrong."

A common learning design mistake is starting with the content.

Instead, start with the behaviour.

Ask: "What do people need to do differently after this learning experience?"

Once that's clear, you can identify:
• What they need to know.
• What they need to practice.
• What support they need in the workplace.

Good learning design isn't about transferring information or content from AI.

It's about creating the conditions for people to apply and use what they've learned.
