AI Learning Design Tip: Don’t confuse speed with quality.

AI can produce a course outline, quiz, scenario or piece of learning content remarkably quickly.

That can save a lot of time.

But before you hit publish, ask:

✓ Is it accurate?
✓ Is it appropriate for the audience?
✓ Does it actually support the learning outcome?
✓ Is the level of challenge right?
✓ Is it accessible and inclusive?
✓ Does it sound like your organisation?
✓ Most importantly, will it help someone do something better?

The value of AI isn’t simply creating more content, faster.

It’s using AI to make the learning process better, while keeping human expertise and judgement where they matter.
