Pelumi is a natural people person. She heads Operations, Administration & HR at an NGO in Lagos and loves building systems and relationships that help people thrive.
She’s passionate about raising leaders, working with volunteers, recruiting, counselling and simply getting to know people across different ages and stages of life.
And she’s happily married to Emmanuel, with two children who, as she says, test her patience daily. 😂
So yes, she brings professional experience — but also the very real, everyday experience of being in relationships and figuring them out.
